Extra-Brut ou Demi-Sec
A blend of Pinot Noir (80%) and Chardonnay (20%), this Champagne can be drink at all occasions. It’s the wine of friendship, conviviality, the pleasure of excellence. It’s available in Brut and in Dem-i-sec. Luminous color with straw yellow highlights and golden yellow reflections. A pastry nose of biscuits and apricot tart. Chalky minerals to the final taste. Perfect with gourmet dishes, poultry, white fish, spinach ravioli.

Cuvée Montgolfière

Extra-Brut
The blend of Pinot Noir (50%) end Chardonnay (50%) gives this Champagne its freshness and lightness. The power of the Pinot Noir is moderated by the delicacy of the Chardonnay. Luminous color, pale gold, heady nose, peppery, smoky followed by fruit: apricots, vine peach, notes of pomelo. It’s a Champagne ideal to share with friends in the afternoon. Elegant with fish, shellfish, seafood and Asian food and an elegant accompaniment to Comté risotto or grilled beef tenderloin in butter. 

Rosé de Saignée

Extra-Brut
This Champagne is obtained by soaking and pressing the Pinot Noir grapes when harvested. The method, called “by bleeding”, allows, according to the year, to obtain a soft or a strong Rosé with the flavors of red fruit. A rosé of bleeding quite colorful, fragrant nose, cherries sour cherries, wide mouth, tasty, winy but without harshness, very fragrant creamy. Enjoy with a salmon carpaccio, smoked salmon, grilled prawns and on grilled chicken fillets with fried summer vegetables. At dessert with fresh strawberries.

Cuvée de Réserve

Extra-Brut
This blend of Pinot Noir (70%) of several years and Chardonnay (30%) is made from the first must that has been pressed called cuvée, and is characterized by its outstanding finesse. The wines made from our best vineyards are used for this blend. The Cuvée de Réserve is also available in Magnum size, due to its volume being particularly suitable for the development of the fine qualities of a wine. This is the Champagne for big occasions, cocktails, celebrations… or simply, try it with comté, parmesan cheese.

L'Autre R

Extra-Brut
This Champagne is made from 100% Pinot Noir from our old vineyards. This wine is aged in barrels for several months and stay on lees in our cave for 36 months. Pale yellow gold color with wheat yellow reflections. Flavor of sweet spices. Toasted nose, then fruity, with notes of amarena cherry, raspberry liqueur, pomegranate, redcurrant, blackberry notes. To taste with a chiffonade of Parma ham, a pan-fried veal fillet with morels. To discover… 

Noir de Vigne

Extra-Brut
This Champagne comes from 3 of our Pinot Noir plots located on the chalky terroir of Verzenay. This Blanc de Noirs Champagne has aged for 30 months on the lees in bottles and offers all its freshness with iodized notes. The luminous, straw-yellow color of this EXTRA-BRUT Champagne offers light partridge-eye reflections. A first vegetal nose with notes of humus and fresh hearth, replaced by iodine and vanilla. On the palate, a silky side comes alive with saline and iodized notes, then nuts, then candied fruit. Taste with seafood, an extra old mimolette cheese.

Côteaux Champenois

Still wine not sparkling
The Côteaux Champenois is an AOP wine produced from part of the Champagne vineyard. It’s a still white wine. We offer a dry Coteaux Champenois Blanc, made exclusively from Pinot Noir. Luminous hue, intensive golden yellow color, very aromatic around beeswax and honey. It will delight your taste buds by tasting seafood (scallops) or by accompanying a fresh goat cheese.
